DELPHINEZ RETURNS, EXCHANGE OR CANCELLATION PROCESS

DelphineZ allow its customers to return, exchange or cancel their order/s within the returns period. It is our customer’s right to return, exchange or cancel the order with or without explanation.

ORDER CANCELLATION PERIOD

Once your order was already pressed, the customer is allowed to change the order within 24 hours period after pressing an order. After 24 hours of order confirmation, we will start processing your order.

DELPHINEZ RETURNS PERIOD

We request our customers to follow DelphineZ returns protocols and we do the same in order to strengthen the relationship between us and our customers. A part of our values is to make our customers leave happy with excellent customer care services.

RWANDA BASED CUSTOMERS RETURNS PERIOD

When you made an order, received a confirmation email/message, and made the payments, the product will be sent to you. If you wish to cancel the received product, you will do it within 24 business hours after the receipt. DelphineZ will refund within 5 business days after your cancellation. All items must be returned within 5 business days from receipt of the goods. If it happens that there is any item received after the 5 business days period, it will not be refunded, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her cost. Please ensure that you include a copy of your order details with the returned package and ensure that the unwanted goods are received within the 5 business days period. We request you to return the product/s in good conditions without damage. If any, we deduct the cost of damage from the amount refundable.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS RETURNS PERIOD

When the customer made an order, received a confirmation email/message, and made the payments, the product will be sent to you. If you wish to cancel the received product, you will do it within 24 business hours after the receipt, and DelphineZ will refund within 12 business days of your cancellation, minus original postage costs. All items must be returned within 6 business days from receipt of the goods. If it happens that there is any item received after the 6 business days period, it will not be refunded, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her cost. Please ensure that you include a copy of your order details with the returned package and ensure that the unwanted goods are received within the 6 business day’s period. You must take reasonable care of the item, and retain all original packaging.

We request all customers to return the product/s in resalable conditions without damage. If any, we deduct the cost of damage from the refundable amount. All returned items must not have been used. Any item returned to us which has been used, shall not be refunded and shall be returned back to you at your cost.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it./info@delphinez.com  stating you wish to return your item OR simply reply back to the order confirmation email you would have received. Please remember to include your order number.

Please note that we do not cover the costs of returns, any costs incurred through the return of unwanted orders must be covered by the customer. We suggest that you use a reputable and traceable delivery service, and please inform DelphineZ for follow up. Should you wish to return your order for an exchange, please note that a re-delivery fee will be applicable.
